Important Disclaimer: These lists, datasets, and resources do not belong to us and are aggregated from other public or third-party platforms. We act strictly as a curator and sharer of this information. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of data sourced from third parties. Relying on this information is at your own risk.
• Consultancy and Guidance: We provide strategic advice, startup consultancy, pitch deck evaluations, growth strategies, and market positioning. Our guidance is informational and strategic in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional investment advice. Success or funding cannot be guaranteed.
• Freelance and Agency Services: We provide standalone services including software development, digital marketing, design, and other technical or creative operations. The specific deliverables and expectations for these projects will be governed separately by Statements of Work (SOW) or individual contractual agreements.

3. No Guarantee of Funding or Success

The use of our investor lists, pitch evaluation engines, and consultancy services does not guarantee any level of success in obtaining funding, grants, or business growth. Investment markets are inherently risky, and any outcomes are the sole responsibility of your startup and its founding team. Furthermore, ShunyaSe is not acting as a broker-dealer or a registered investment advisor.

4. Intellectual Property

Excluding user-submitted content (such as pitch decks and your startup IP), the site, its original content, features, analytics models, methodologies, codebases, and functionality are owned by ShunyaSe. You maintain full ownership of all confidential startup materials you submit to us for evaluation, subject to our Privacy Policy regarding confidentiality.

THE SERVICES AND THIRD-PARTY DATA LISTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
